Getting started

Do I need to visit your office?

Not necessarily. You can start by WhatsApp, phone, email or through our consultation form. If a particular step requires you in person or requires original documents, we will let you know in advance.

Can you help me register a business from another state?

Yes. We have offices in Abuja, Lagos and Akure, and we support clients across Nigeria — you don’t need to be based in one of those cities.

Can Nigerians living abroad use your services?

Yes. You can start the conversation from anywhere by WhatsApp or email. Some processes may require documents to be signed, certified or verified in a particular way — we will explain what applies to you.

Can I speak to someone before paying?

Yes. Start with a free consultation to discuss what you need. We will explain the likely requirements and costs before you decide to go ahead.

Can you tell me which documents my business needs?

Yes — that is what the free consultation is for. What applies depends on your business structure, activity, industry, location and the opportunities you are pursuing. Tell us about your business and we will help you understand what may be relevant.

Our services

Do you provide CAC registration?

Yes. We support business name registration, company incorporation and other structures where applicable, as well as related corporate documentation. Learn about business registration.

Do you process trademarks?

Yes. We support the trademark registration process, including availability checks, choosing the right class, preparing the application and following up. The registry makes the final decision. Learn about intellectual property.

Can you help with government tender requirements?

Yes. We help businesses prepare compliance documents that tenders commonly ask for, such as CAC documents, Tax Clearance Certificates, PENCOM, ITF and NSITF certificates and the BPP Interim Registration Report, where applicable. Having these documents does not guarantee that you will win a contract. Learn about bidding & compliance.

Can you help foreign investors establish a business in Nigeria?

Yes. We provide documentation support for company registration, NIPC registration, Business Permit, Expatriate Quota and CERPAC-related processes. We do not provide immigration or legal guarantees. Learn about foreign investment support.

Costs, timeframes & approvals

How long does registration take?

It depends on the type of registration, the authority involved, name availability and whether any queries are raised. Government processing times vary and are outside our control, so we don’t publish fixed timeframes. We’ll give you a realistic expectation for your case and keep you updated.

How much does the service cost?

It depends on the service and your circumstances. Costs usually include official government or regulatory fees, which are set by the relevant authority and can change, plus our professional fee. We confirm both before you commit.

Do you guarantee government approval?

No. Government agencies and regulatory authorities make their own decisions and set their own requirements and processing times. We help you prepare and submit applications properly, but submission does not automatically guarantee approval.
